Moscatel de Setúbal José Maria da Fonseca Alambre 20 years (bottled in 2001) 37,5cl
Description
The production of Moscatel, as a fortified wine, is similar to the production of Port Wines, also resulting in sweet wines, whose alcoholic fermentation is interrupted by the addition of wine spirit.
After skin maceration for a determined period, the Moscatel Wine is stored in barrels to proceed with the ageing and refining of its richly aromatic profile.
These wines are produced by the different varieties of Moscatel grapes, known internationally for their aromatic richness and concentration of natural sugars.
