Decanter Riedel Mamba

The eye-catching Riedel Mamba Decanter channels the vigour of the famous Black Mamba, the world's fastest snake. Launched in 2011, it follows the serpentine Eve decanter (2008) and adds a theatrical touch to wine service.

The Mamba is recommended for young wines, as its coiled, hirsute posture creates a series of air pockets that double decant the wine. As the wine travels through the curved glass, it emits a bubbling sound: an auditory reminder of the vigorous decanting provided by its design. This product is designed to hold a single bottle of wine.

Each product is handmade by master glassmakers, giving each piece a unique character. Due to the artisanal nature of the process, slight variations in the size and weight of each product, small bubbles, imperfections or slight surface variations are acceptable characteristics of the process. Hand-washing is recommended to preserve the quality of the decanter.
