Description

In 1992, we renovated the small winery our maternal grandparents had in Amoreira da Gândara. Grandfather Armando thoroughly enjoyed vinegar and always had what we call a "vinagreira" in the winery. This vinegar is produced from sound wines which, in the same year, we acidified, entirely naturally, at that small winery, in barrels of approx. 300 L, for 10 years, until the alcohol became acetic acid.
