Barceló Imperial Rum is distilled from fermented molasses and is a blend of rums aged up to 6 years in used whisky and bourbon barrels.
It has a delicate floral aroma with notes of buttery toffee and dried fruit. The palate shows sweet flavours of caramel, dried apples, pear and spices, with a touch of tobacco leaves and pepper. A delicately textured finish with a rich, robust and elegant flavour.
