Rum Dictador 12 years is made from the fermentation of virgin honey from sugar cane distilled part in a copper still and part in a continuous steel column, to achieve a medium-bodied rum. Aged in pre-used oak barrels and finally bottled under the highest quality control to ensure that all the secrets are present in the taste of this liquid. Rich amber colour with reddish tones. The nose is intense with soft caramel, honey, dried seeds, and lightly roasted coffee giving way to medium oak aromas. Soft and round in the mouth with flavours of caramel, cocoa, and light notes of coffee and honey. The finish has a touch of oak with some complexity and lingering flavours.
