Shui Jing Fang Wellbay Baijiu 50cl
Baijiu occupies a very important place in Chinese culture. It has been produced and consumed there since ancient times and has become a token of respect for use in Chinese social events. When having guests to dinner in China, one offers them baijiu, to create an atmosphere of warmth and respect. Like sake, baijiu can be consumed either at room temperature or slightly warmed, and is served in a ceramic jug or bottle. It is sold both in traditional ceramic bottles and more modern clear-glass bottles.
Shui Jing Fang was China's first baijiu distillery when it was founded more than 600 years ago. Wellbay is part of the Master Collection and is classified as 'strong aroma', indicating it's concentrated and rich. This has notes of sour plums and a bitter sweetness.
