Produced in the Bairrada DOC from the traditional grape varieties Bical, Cercial and Baga, Vadio Brut Sparkling Wine comes from vineyards planted on sandy and clay-limestone soils, faithfully expressing the character of the region.
This sparkling wine is made from a perpetual blend, started in 2007, to which a new base wine is added every year. This continuous process allows the wine to evolve over time, enhancing its aromatic and flavour complexity while preserving its original identity.
With a limited production of 9,047 bottles, Vadio Brut stands out for its precision, freshness and elegance, offering a contemporary and authentic expression of Bairrada’s sparkling wine tradition.
