Description

Gin Mare is produced in a small fishing village on the Costa Daurada in Spain, using original plants from the Mediterranean area. Alongside the traditional: juniper, bitter orange peel, seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom and coriander seeds, four more, less common ingredients are used, such as Arbequina olive, basil, rosemary and thyme. The four "Mediterranean" plants immediately stand out in the aroma, with rosemary standing out. A lightness stands out, created by the citrus and basil, with a green olive tone. Rosemary stands out on the palate, with a classic juniper nuance. For a perfect Gin Tonic, Mediterranean ingredients are also used, such as a sprig of rosemary, basil leaf and thyme. Truly a different Gin.
