Adler Berlin Gin is produced in the German capital, Berlin, using the special vacuum distillation process. This form of distillation at less than 80°C is particularly gentle and produces a delicate gin with alcohol volumes of 42% vol. Using high-quality ingredients, hand-working an extremely fine wheat distillate as a base, it is followed by maturation in earthenware vessels for three months.
