Gin G'Vine Floraison

Once a year, in mid-June, the flower of the vine appears, just a few days before a grape berry is born. This period is called, in French, the Floraison. It is this flower that G'Vine Floraison uses in its distillation, to capture the essence of this moment, the stimulating fragrance, and the warmth of summer's arrival.

The use of the flower "Floraison" combined with the usual juniper and the other botanicals used in the production of G'Vine, make this Gin unique and different. With a more floral and sweet taste than is usual in a gin, G'Vine appeals even to those who do not like the classic gin taste.

On the nose it is delicate, sweet and floral, with a spicy warmth (notes of cardamom and ginger). On the Palate it shows smooth, subtle, round, with some grass, flowers and spice. The floral flavour of the vine flower stands out, with juniper, cardamom and ginger to follow, ending in floral flavours on a very long, dry finish. A full-bodied, smooth, very balanced and deliciously refreshing gin.

Due to its complexity of flavours, G'Vine can be drunk neat on the rocks. When making a gin and tonic, to highlight the flavour of the "Floraison" flower, 2 or 3 finely cut grapes should be used.
