Magellan is a blue gin produced at the Angeac distillery in France. During production, the initial mash made from high quality Capet wheat from the French region of Beauce and pure spring water is triple distilled by the traditional method. Juniper berries and various spices are added only in the fourth distillation process. Magellan Blue Gin owes its light blue colour to a special blend of spices, which also gives it an extravagant and typically spicy taste.
