Description

Originating from Galicia in north-western Spain, Nordés is a premium gin crafted from an Albariño grape spirit base and infused with 11 botanicals, including native Galician ingredients such as lemon verbena, bay leaf, peppermint, eucalyptus and sea asparagus. This unique production process gives the gin its distinctive fresh and aromatic character.

On the nose, it offers aromas of white fruit, complemented by balsamic notes of mint, eucalyptus and bay leaf, alongside delicate hints of juniper. The palate is smooth, fresh and fruit-forward, with excellent balance and a long, refreshing finish.
