Late Harvest wines, also known as Colheita Tardia, come from harvests made later than is usual for other wines, which allows the concentration of their aromas and flavours, with characteristic high sugar content, creating sweet, tasty, and very aromatic wines with a long and persistent finish. Known for their longevity, they should be enjoyed chilled, between 10-12ºC, combining very well with desserts and appetisers.
