Description

Talisker Storm is the new expression of Talisker made exclusively for the delight of the worshippers of one of the most celebrated malt whisky brands. To obtain its beautiful gold colour, in its composition several malts of different ages were blended to achieve a perfect balance in the character of the distillery, with the vibrant richness of the force of nature.

The colour is gold and on the nose, it shows spicy, with a fresh and clean touch, you feel a crescendo of complexity to reveal a sweet malt, with touches of honey with fruit, such as cherry. Eventually, a bit of smoke, very well integrated with soft salty touches, and an oily explosion of pepper. On the palate, it is first sweetly ripe and rich, then quickly becomes spicy and increasingly stormy and hot, much in the style of Talisker. The taste is elegantly balanced between smoke, sweetness, and salt, which is even more evident when a little water is added.
