Description

Spirit of Dublin is a limited edition pot still released by the Irish distillery Teeling, known for its distinctive whiskies. Produced from a 50/50 blend of malted and unmalted barley, it is then fermented and distilled three times in the distillery's three copper pot stills.

Poteen, also known as Poitín, is an Irish distillate with a history dating back to the 6th century, when Irish monks distilled alcohol from barley and other grains. Being an unaged distillate, Poteen is typically transparent and has a flavour that varies depending on the ingredients. For many years, the production of Poteen was illegal in Ireland, its clandestine manufacture a tradition in rural and remote areas.
