Description

Vermouth di Torino is a collective heritage of the Piedmont region, whose popularisation began with the royal court of the House of Savoy at the end of the 18th century, giving rise to a thriving industry that made the region the true kingdom of vermouth.

Storico Vermouth di Torino Cocchi is produced according to Giulio Cocchi’s original recipe and falls into the category of sweet vermouths, or Italian vermouths, which are sweet and amber-coloured, as recorded in late 19th-century manuals. This vermouth played a leading role in the international revival of high-end vermouths and in the growing interest of top bartenders in the Vermouth di Torino designation.
