Redenção Reserva red wine is produced from the Alicante Bouschet, Syrah and Tinto Cão grape varieties, manually harvested from a non-irrigated vineyard. It is ruby-coloured with garnet reflections, revealing generous and warm aromas such as cherry liqueur, chocolate, notes of leather and woods. With a remarkable acidity, which lasts, it is a very gastronomic wine.
Winelosophy is a project created by 4 friends with a common passion: to produce wine. Helena Duarte, Francisco Viana, Fábio Fernandes and Hélio Nobre, thus come together in a partnership with Herdade do Menir, to launch the Redenção wine brand, produced in Montemor-o-Novo.
