Description

The Quinta dos Avidagos Grande Reserva is a red wine produced by Touriga Nacional grape varieties and others from the old vineyards of the property. After aging in new French oak barrels for 12 months, it presents a red-violet colour, with intense and complex aromas, where ripe wild berries, black plum, mineral notes with a balsamic touch, vanilla and spices stand out. On the palate it is robust and glutinous, finishing long.

Quinta dos Avidagos is a family-owned wine company and consists of four properties, which together total 80 hectares, the first of which has belonged to the family since 1670. Today, led by the 3rd generation, it has an extensive range of quality wines.
