Estrada da Corte white is produced from the varieties Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Rabo de Ovelha and Bical, aging in stainless steel tanks for a period of 6 months. It has a citrus colour, a very aromatic profile with notes of orchard fruit. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and mineral.
Quinta do Carvalhão Torto is a family business located in the Dão region with links to its origins for generations. Today it is the 3rd generation that continues the business started by the grandfather and they are responsible for the genuineness of their products, respecting the wisdom and tradition that was passed to them. With about 7 hectares of vines with an average age of over 40 years, the vineyard is maintained in a sustainable way, respecting the standards of integrated protection.
