Description

Rocim launches new projects not only in mainland Portugal but now also on the islands of Madeira and the Azores. Thus, it celebrates business expansion with the production of white wine in the Azores, obtained from the typical and unique profile grape variety, Arinto from the Azores. After fermentation in wooden vats at a controlled temperature, it ages for about 6 months on its lees to gain structure and creaminess. It has a greenish colour with golden nuances, with notes of gunpowder, sea air and some sulphur, which characterises the terroir where it is produced. With good mouth volume, fresh and evident salinity, this white wine is a surprise.
