Alento Reserva white is produced in the Alentejo, on schist soils, from the Arinto and Antão Vaz grape varieties. The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by eight hours of skin contact. Fermentation takes place in used French oak barrels, with bâtonnage over six weeks. The wine then ages for six months in the same barrels, with a focus on precision, balance and the expression of the terroir.
Founded in 2004, Adega do Monte Branco is dedicated to the production of authentic wines from Portuguese grape varieties, with a deep respect for Nature. Located in Estremoz at around 400 metres of altitude, the estate benefits from a unique microclimate shaped by diverse soils and moderate temperatures. Its 26 hectares of vineyards form the foundation of balanced wines with character and a clear Alentejo identity.
