Champagne Boizel Réserve Brut
Description
Champagne Boizel Réserve Brut is made from a precise blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, with grapes from around thirty crus. The Chardonnay provides elegance and a floral bouquet, the Pinot Noir offers structure and finesse, while the Meunier gives roundness and fruity notes. Only the must from the first pressing is used, with 40% reserve wines from the two previous vintages, ensuring consistency and complexity.
Straw gold in colour, the champagne reveals a delicate and continuous effervescence. On the nose, it is fresh and expressive, with aromas of white flowers, white peach, apricot and hints of pastry. On the palate, it has a seductive, fresh and balanced texture, with notes of candied pear and acacia honey. The finish is rich and persistent, providing an elegant and enveloping experience.
