Description

Curral Atlântis was born on Pico Island in 1995, the result of a partnership between Jorge Bohm and Manuel Faria. Com 3 hectares de vinha, iniciam um campo experimental com 24 variedades de uva, com o objetivo de recuperar castas antigas, como a Verdelho e a Arinto dos Açores. Contando com apoio da Universidade de Évora e do Enólogo Paulo Laureano, desenharam-se novos vinhos e conquistaram-se mercados.

Currently owned by the Faria family, Curral Atlântis has 42 hectares of vineyards, producing a wide range of wines that bring us the Azorean quality, marked by the Atlantic influence and the volcanic terroir.
