The Sparkling Wine Covão Reserva Brut rosé is produced from Baga and Touriga Nacional grapes, grown in Sandomil, Seia, at the foothills of Serra da Estrela, in flat vineyards at 300 metres altitude on fertile granite soils. It displays a salmon colour, with fruity aromas of strawberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it reveals freshness, softness, enveloping volume and a persistent finish.
