This Chablis Côte de Léchet is a Premier Cru produced from the Chardonnay grape variety from a 2.8-hectare 30-year-old vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. The entire production process of this Chablis is carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the original profile of the grape variety and the characteristics that the terroir gives it. Thus, this wine presents itself with a citrine yellow colour and floral nose, revealing in the mouth an extremely mineral profile.
Domaine Daniel Dampt & Fils has over 150 years of history in the practice of viticulture, being a 30-hectare estate located in the Burgundy region and producer of Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, of which in particular Vaillons, Fourchaume, Côte de Lechet, Les Lys and Beauroy.
The family domaine manages its vineyards sustainably to protect the environment and safeguard the natural characteristics of the Chardonnay grape.
