This Chablis Les Lys is a Premier Cru produced from the Chardonnay grape variety, sourced from a 1-hectare 55-year-old vineyard planted on clay-limestone soils. The entire production process of this Chablis is carried out entirely in stainless steel tanks, ensuring the original profile of the grape variety and the characteristics that the terroir gives it. Thus, this wine presents itself with a citrine yellow colour and a fresh nose, revealing in the mouth a seductive acidity and minerality.
Domaine Daniel Dampt & Fils has over 150 years of history in the practice of viticulture, being a 30-hectare estate located in the Burgundy region and producer of Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, of which in particular Vaillons, Fourchaume, Côte de Lechet, Les Lys and Beauroy.
The family domaine manages its vineyards sustainably to protect the environment and safeguard the natural characteristics of the Chardonnay grape.
