Description

This red wine produced 100% with the Nero d'Avola grape variety, native to Sicily and now planted in several vine-growing areas, comes from the low clay soils of Sambuca di Sicilia, in the province of Agrigento.

After fermentation, it matures for 6 months in French oak barrels, presenting a deep ruby red colour with subtle violet reflections. Its engaging aroma is reminiscent of blackcurrant, strawberry, and pomegranate, and in the mouth, it is smooth and velvety, standing out for its particular characteristics of freshness and fruity profile.
