Casa de Compostela Premium is a white wine produced from the Alvarinho grape variety, and presents a bright yellow colour with golden hints. The nose highlights notes of ripe tropical fruit and mineral profile. In the mouth it is intense and persistent.
The Casa Agrícola de Compostela, located in Requião, parish of Vila Nova de Famalicão, was born as an agricultural company in the 1960s, by the hand of the textile entrepreneur Comendador Manuel Gonçalves. Over the years it has remained a family business, dedicated to wine production and currently has 40 hectares of vineyard, cultivated in granite soil, rich in silica, where the predominant varieties are typical of the Vinho Verde Region.
