Description

Intense red in colour, it's a fresh wine with an aroma of wild berries and black pepper. On the palate, notes of red fruit stand out with a herbaceous touch, finishing long and persistent.

Born and raised in Ribeira de Santarém, Hugo Mendes studied Biotechnology Engineering but his passion for wine has spoken louder and since the 2006 vintage he has devoted himself entirely to oenology. Lover of communicating art to consumers, is a habitual presence on social networks. Since 2008 has been feeding a blog dedicated to uncomplicating oenology for oenophiles. Became a producer in his own name in the vintage of 2016, having for this purpose held the first crowdfunding in Portugal to finance a wine.
