Ukiyo Japanese Rice Vodka is produced on the tropical island of Okinawa, which is part of the chain of islands located between the Japanese mainland and Taiwan.
It is obtained from a harvest of long-grain rice that is initially processed into Awamori before being redistilled into a fragrant rice vodka. Thus, the palate offers notes of lavender, violets and yuzu.
