Description

West Cork Distillers original blended Irish whiskey is a delicate blend of 75% grain and 25% malt matured, exclusively, in ex-bourbon casks, acquiring slight citrus and crushed pepper aroma. It is a smooth and balanced whisky with a lingering sweetness, highlighting citrus, apple, and nutmeg aromas.

West Cork Distillers was formed in 2003 by childhood friends John O'Connell, Ger McCarthy, and Denis McCarthy. It currently operates at Skibbereen in West Cork, owning 5 hectares and exports to over 70 countries.
