The Koshi-No is a whisky produced with a 1:1 ratio of malt to grain, matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks and later finished in Mizunara oak casks. This combination makes the whisky light and intensely aromatic on the nose, provoking fresh and crisp sensations on the palate, resulting in a sweet, fruity and floral bouquet.
