Born in 1483, Thomas Parr lived in Britain for 152 years. In 1871, brothers James and Samuel Greenlees created Grand Old Parr, in honour of the legendary Thomas Parr. And legend has it that this incredible man's spirit of longevity is in every shot of Old Parr. Aged for 12 years, the main malt of composition is Cragganmore, the most famous malt from Speyside, the region where scotch whisky was born.
