Shinobu The Koshi-No Lightly Peated Mizunara Oak Pure Malt 10 Years is a creation by Ken Usami, master distiller at Shinobu. Initially aged in sherry and bourbon casks, it is then refined in Japanese Mizunara oak, which decisively shapes the whisky’s profile. The wood imparts notes of vanilla and floral aromas, intertwined with flavours of nectar, malt, and citrus. Lightly peated, it is a harmonious and captivating whisky, perfect to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
