The limited edition Ardbeg released during the Feis Ile whiskey festival. Aged in a combination of barrels of bourbon and sherry Manzanilla, it was produced for 'Ardbog Day', which was celebrated around the world on June 1, 2013.

For over 200 years, Ardbeg has been made on the small, remote Scottish Isle of Islay. Some people travel to Ardbeg along the winding road from Port Ellen. Others follow their nose, their destiny or the advice of a good friend. A whisky that has already been distinguished in different years as the "Best Whisky in the World". Making Ardbeg requires a special kind of chemistry. Some would say it’s a combination of the process and the people who make it.
