Description

Billecart-Salmon Le Blanc de Blancs Champagne is a cuvée of exceptional delicacy and elegance, made exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from four Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs: Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger.

Its luminous golden colour with greenish highlights is accompanied by fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate mineral nose of brioche, fresh butter and white flowers. On the palate, it offers a creamy, refined texture with notes of fresh almonds, citrus zest and lemon, leading to a fresh, lingering finish with a subtle saline touch.

It all began in 1818, when Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon founded a champagne house that was, above all, conscious of the excellence of its wines.

Since then, all members of the Billecart family have committed themselves to perpetuate the family tradition through the immutable oath: "To give priority to quality, in the pursuit of excellence."
