Description

After ageing in new French oak barrels for 16 months, without stabilisation before bottling so as not to affect the evolution potential, the wine has a garnet colour with spicy notes and a mineral profile. The tannins are firm but silky and the structure shows elegance and persistence at the end of the tasting. This wine is subject to creating a natural deposit in the bottle.

Rocim launches into new projects, expanding its business to the fertile soils of Lisbon. Vale da Mata is the brand of wines that Rocim has created for this conquest, being wines characterised by their freshness, minerality, and aromas, recovering a family tradition that marks the return of good wines to a peculiar land.
