概要

ガッラフェイラというのは特地で醸造された高品質ワインである。このワインはとても感覚刺激のことがである。ニーポート一族は19世紀にドイツのオルデンバーグ町のグラス工場を買いました。その工場は８Lから11Lまでの4000暗緑色瓶がありました。その瓶は「demijohn」（デミジョン）という名前を付けていました。1931年で収穫ワインの全部はニーポート一族からデミジョン瓶に詰められました。そして、ニーポート・ガッラフェイラはその頃に作りました。赤ワインの場合は30ヶ月を熟されます。熟する中の12ヶ月はグラス瓶で熟にされます。白ワインとロゼワイン場合は12ヶ月の熟成になります。その時間の6ヶ月はまたグラス瓶で熟されます。
