Caves São João 1966 Velhíssima was produced in 1965 and aged for 37 years in Limousin oak barrels and a small quantity of national oak barrels with Port wine. With a clear aspect, it presents an intense topaz colour and a rich, intense and complex aroma, immediately showing vanilla and coconut notes, originating from the oak in which it was aged, light smoked notes, sweetened milky nuances, and subtle dry fruit nuances. The palate is velvety, refined, and aromatic, confirming the sensations felt by the nose.
