One of the oldest family vineyards in Saint-Émilion, La Gaffelière has been owned by the same family since the 1400s. And refusing to give in to fashion trends, the Malet Roquefort family claims a typically French winemaker's signature, inscribed between tradition and modernity. This respect for terroir is linked to its origins south of Saint-Émilion.
This blend is made up of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc, and is a wine that is elegant, with tertiary aromas and full-bodied.
