2007 Quinta do Lagar Novo Vindima Tardia white
The Quinta do Lagar Novo is located 35km from Lisbon, in Alenquer. It was acquired by the Elias Gonçalves de Carvalho Family, in the 1940s, and its name appears in 1742 when two Lagares were built.
After 30 years dedicated to the cultivation of table grapes, the turning point happens in 2005, when the planting of four varieties for wine production appears. A new era begins, with the planting of four varieties.
Currently, Quinta do Lagar Novo has over 200 harvests, on 5 hectares of vineyard, under the guidance of Luís de Carvalho, who is supported by his children Tiago, João, and Helena.
