Moscatel wine with a topaz colour, rich and complex aroma with floral notes, sultanas and nuts. On the palate it shows the intensity and complexity typical of the variety, with a sweet and very long finish. Ideal with traditional and conventual Portuguese sweets.
Created in 1926 by Xavier Santana, the company is currently run by his successors and produces wines of national and international renown, such as Casta Rica, Terras da Vinha, Terras da Fonte and the historic and fabulous Moscatel de Setúbal Xavier Santana. Moscatel is the name given to a very sweet grape variety from which various wines and sparkling wines are produced, always with a sweet character. In general, they go very well with desserts or can be enjoyed as an aperitif. When chilled, it is very refreshing.
