Wine produced from grapes Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon in clay-limestone soils in Mediterranean climate with over 3000 hours of sunshine per year. Maturation and fermentation was done in vats frustoconical. Features a ruby color, clean and bright. Aroma with notes of ripe red fruits. Spices and fine tannins, good harmony of body and acidity. Excellent for dishes of veal and pork, grilled or steamed. 16-18 º C
