This Maritávora Grande Reserva Vinhas Velhas is a wine that is rich and concentrated in colour and aroma, showcasing the complexity of the old vines, with notes of black fruit. It is dense yet silky on the palate.
Located in the Upper Douro, in the heart of the Douro International Natural Park, at an average altitude of around 500 metres and on schist soils with plenty of stones, the vineyards, ranging in age from 20 to 70 years, cover an area of around 14 hectares. A little treasure preserved thanks to the perseverance and care of several generations.
