With a very lively and lively colour, this wine presents a very original nose that shows floral and citrus notes. In the mouth, it maintains its floral profile and shows surprising smoothness. It has extraordinary elegance, excellent acidity, with firm but elegant tannins.

The Ferreirinha estates are probably the most emblematic of the Douro. Among these, Quinta do Vale Meão is of enormous symbology, as it was a project devised from scratch since the estate was acquired on virgin land.

On its merit, Quinta do Vale Meão is truly one of Portugal's most interesting and coveted wines. A deserved highlight for the quality this wine offers in all the vintages in which it is released. The Quinta also produces a second wine, Meandro do Vale Meão, made from the younger vines.
