Produced from the Antão Vaz and Arinto grape varieties, this is a white wine with a straw yellow colour with greenish nuances and an aromatic profile, with notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and slight citrus aromas. On the palate, it's fresh and surprisingly mineral, with a pleasant, long finish.

Sul Estoril is a family-owned company, located in the Alentejo town of Granja-Amareleja, which has been dedicated to wine production since the 20th century and presents itself under the brand name Guadelim.

The grape varieties planted in its vineyards are mainly Aragonês, Alicante Bouschet and Alfrocheiro for the red varieties, and Antão Vaz, Arinto and Viosinho for the white varieties. The production operates on the pillars of sustainability and environmental protection, where the vineyards are part of the Integrated Production programme, and the winery facilities use the energy produced by a photovoltaic panel system.
