It is a rustic and bucolic landscape that invites you to discover the Quinta do Soito, located between the Serra da Estrela and Caramulo. With about 10 hectares, of which about 7 vineyards, Quinta do Soito is located in the village of Tibalde, Mangualde municipality, Viseu district. Here are produced the best varieties of the typical varieties of Dão: Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Alfroxeiro and Jaen. Built from scratch, taking the land slope of the party so that gravity is an essential part in winemaking, the winery Soito Wines, designed by architect Perdigão, has the ideal conditions for the creation of the best quality wines. It is here that are produced the wines combining traditional methods with a distinctive and innovative strategy that is based on the newest existing technology.
