This white wine is produced from the Savagnin grape variety, from a 30-year-old vineyard undergoing organic production.

The grapes harvested by hand are fermented in stainless steel vats. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Chantal and Jean Berthet-Bondet settled in Château-Chalon in 1984 and the following year they would have already produced their first vintage.

In 2010, the entire vineyard switched to organic production and in 2013, their eldest daughter Hélène returned to Jura and ended up being in charge of the business.

This estate has 15 hectares of vines and produces all Jura wines made from the white grape varieties Chardonnay and Savagnin, and the red grape varieties Trousseau, Poulsard and Pinot Noir.
