In February 2004, the company started construction of a new winery, which is located in Quinta de S. Mateus, which was completed in December 2005. In this winery, it is produced from an oenological concept of maximum respect for feathers, with a practically exclusive use of gravity throughout the winemaking cycle and excluding oenological products.
