2016 Capicua Late Harvest white 50cl
概要
Capicua Late Harvest is produced exclusively with grapes of the grape variety Moscatel Graúdo. The harvest was done several weeks after the ideal date the same, which determined the dehydration of the berries, the increase of the sugar concentration and the development of "noble rot" by the action of the botrytis cinerea fungus, which added flavour and distinction to the wine thus produced.
It is golden in colour, with an intense aroma. In the mouth, it is slightly sweet, elegant and with a delicate structure.
The Quinta do Cerrado da Porta was acquired by its current owners in 1996. A property that initially had about 3 hectares and was in a very poor state of conservation, it is now the family home and wine farm counting 17 hectares, of which 14 ha are occupied by vineyards.
